Soma = conscious embodiment + Matrix = the fabric of ALL THAT IS
Welcome to SOMATRIX™, a newly formed collection of studies developed by Robyn Avalon. It is the synthesis of 5 decades of study and practice in the varied worlds of embodiment and consciousness, creating a new alchemical blend which draws from the wide range of disciplines she has studied deeply, including: somatics, manifestation, process art, quantum physics, sacred geometry, intuitive arts, shamanism, psychic healing, energetic technologies, sacred sexuality, embryology, Galactic healing systems, 5D human physiology, and the nature of our True Design.
This introductory workshop offers a new paradigm for understanding the larger implications of your personal growth and the Work you are doing on the planet right now - whether you primarily focus on your personal/spiritual growth, or on working in some capacity with others, or working with horses or other animals, or Nature, or ideas and technology.
In the morning, we will explore the fundamental tools for understanding and activating the latent potential of the human physiology and psyche. You will learn practical tools you can use to recalibrate your body/mind to resonant at a higher frequency and rebalance your energy systems and electro-magnetic homeostasis.
In the afternoon, we will explore applications of these new ideas and tools through witnessed mini-sessions and self-practice.
