CAS Training Schedule
The CAS Schedule is organized by alternating months of Retreats and Weekends, in addition to many special events such as Residencies, Teaching Apprenticeships, Conferences, and more.
The Retreats are 5 - 10 days long and are designed to be large gatherings of the CAS community, those in the Teacher Training Program, the Professional Enrichment Programs, and the Music Educators Program. They are held in NM and Neskowin Beach, OR. The Retreats hold the core of the CAS curriculum.
The Weekends provide an opportunity for each satellite CAS community to gather in a more intimate container. They happen regularly in NM (Santa Fe/ABQ), Portland, OR, NYC, TX (Arlington/Amarillo/Abilene); and sometimes in Cleveland, OH, Southern CA and Boulder, CO.
The SHARE the WORK Series is an offering from the Alexander Alliance International to the international AT community, offering in-person, experiential workshops for trainees and post graduates in the special skills needed for Group Teaching and Crafting Introductory Workshops at a 50% discount from October 25 - October 26, in response to the Call for Action that arose from the ‘25 AT Congress.
Join the CAS Faculty, led by CAS Director Robyn Avalon, for our annual Winter Immersion. Open to trainees, graduates, and guests.
